Before you can make combos, you need to do Marlon Quests (which requires Ring of Glory, respectively Dark Stone)
There are various types of combination for combo, as follows:
1. Weapon skill, Twisting Slash, Death Stab
2. Weapon skill, Rageful Blow, Twisting Slash
3. Weapon skill, Twisting Slash, Rageful Blow
4. Weapon skill, Rageful Blow, Death Stab
5. Weapon skill, Death Stab, Twisting Slash
6. Weapon skill, Death Stab, Rageful Blow
Basically, the last two skilles in combo could be any other orb skill who can be equiped by BK (exception make Life Swell or Greater Fortitude), but the first skill must always to be the weapon skill.
The most powerful combinations are the first and the second (the fourth).
First combination is the strongest because of its executing speed. If it's executed correctly, it can be made 2-3 times per second.
The disadvantage is that if neccesary to hold your mouse on the target while you are executing the three skills, otherwise it won't work.
This combination is efficient against opponents that use wide-range attacks, like SM, Elf and/or BKA without combo which stand still when they use their skills.
If you're going to fight with a BK who use this combination,it will be hard to keep the right mouse button pushed, the cursor on target and to change continously the skills because of the movement.
The second combination is used by BKs who know to execute combos, but they can't execute fast enough the first combination, because of lag or simply they lack the necesarry experience.
This combination is slower than the first one and it doesn't requires to hold your mouse on target all the time.
This combo is executed on a less wide area than the first one and has AoE (Area of Efect).
This combination is very efficient when you have lag and you can't change the keys fast enough during the battle.
The fourth combination is actually a slower version of the first combination.
Now, let's see how a combo could be executed:
Be careful to put define your skills that you're going to use on the next keyboard key: 1, 2, and 3. In this example, we are going to make the second combination and the keys we'll be defined like this:
Key 1 Weapon skill
Key 2 Rageful Blow
Key 3 Twisting Slash
First of all push key 1, hold pressed right click on your oponent so your BK to execute weapon's skill.
Hold pus as long as you wish. When you're ready, push key 2. This will execute Rageful Blow skil after Weapon skill.
In the moment you see ground starting to crack from the skill, immediately push key 3 to execute Twisting Slash.
When Twisting Slash Skill is executed at the end and the combo succeded, you will see a blue explosion and you will hear a poweful sound.
If you think that this combination is too slow, try the first combination: The keys will be defined like this:

Key 2 Twisting Slash
Key 3 Death Stab

Hold pushed as long as you want.When you're ready, push key 2 and immediately key 3. The time delay between Skill 2 (Twisting Slash) and Skill 3 (Death Stab) must be almost instantly. If the delay isn't that way, the combo will fail.
The result is the same, a blue explosion and a powerful sound. The easies way to exercise this combo is to ask someone with high Agility and Vitality to help you or you can try on high HP (Healing Points) monsters like White Wizard or Kundum from Kalima."
