carnage event and iliusion themp

i think this 2 event doesn't work .. im never seeing to drop some invintation for this 2 event! :X some guys tell me you can find a parts to create invin. in arena and tarkan ... but im still don't see nothing so my question isi .. if this evnt doesn't work why they are still there ?? im searching for explaining about this .. : ))
